A public record, as defined in G.S. 132-1, does not include documents, papers, letters, photographs, or any other information provided to or compiled by the Housing Finance Agency for the purposes of financing housing for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.  (2024-26, s. 10(a).)
