§ 58-64A-215. Additional reporting.
If the Commissioner determines that additional information is needed to properly monitor the financial condition or operations of a provider or continuing care retirement community or is otherwise needed to protect the interests of residents and the general public, the Commissioner may require a provider licensed under this Article to file any of the following:
(1) Monthly unaudited financial statements in the format required by G.S. 58-64A-205 which shall be due no later than 45 days after the end of each month.
(2) Any other data, financial statements, and pertinent information as the Commissioner may reasonably require regarding (i) the provider, (ii) the provider's obligated group, (iii) the continuing care retirement community, or (iv) any related party, if the provider relies on a contractual or financial relationship with the related party in order to meet the financial requirements of this Article, or has a material amount invested in, or has a material amount of receivables due from, the related party.
